Terms & Conditions
Our frames are sold to consumers only through retail stores. If you are not a retailer, use our store finder to find the location nearest you that sells our frames. If you are a retailer, contact us to request a catalouge and get informtion on pricing.
| Terms: | Net 30 days with approved credit. Cash in advance, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express until credit is established. |
| Freight: | F. O. B. Watertown, NY. Freight collect on all common carrier shipments unless otherwise agreed. Title of goods and all risks pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier. |
| Delivery: | Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. |
| Pricing: | Prices are subject to change without notice. |
| Orders: | Minimum order is $500.00 net. Timeless Frames’ fill rate is 99.8%. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, it will be cancelled. All further orders will be a minimum of $500.00 as well. |
| Guarantees: | All merchandise is 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. |
| Returns: | No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned merchandise must be received in saleable condition and returned in the original shipping cartons. A 15% restocking charge may apply to certain returns. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt. We accept no responsibility for glass broken in transit. The common carrier assumes all responsibility for delivery of merchandise. All claims for damages must be filed directly with the freight company. Should you need assistance with the paperwork, one of our service representatives will be glad to assist you. For your protection, please inspect your shipment before signing for receipt of the goods. Note any damages to packaging, stretch wrap or pallet on the bill of lading. This will help to expedite your claim with the common carrier. |
